NDIS assist life stage transition refers to providing short-term and long-term support and mentorship to beneficiaries in dealing with life changes. In life stage transitions, people with disabilities need extended support from experienced and empathetic care providers. With proper guidance, they can effectively manage change, minimise stress, and cultivate resilience as they move through different stages of life.
